ＮＹＵ－ＰＯＬＹ成绩单事件后续进展

在打了三个电话之后，小米已经认识我了，那个大舌头的年轻男士。
之前发的邮件也收到了回复。
今天早上查，状态已经由missing documents 到了 奇葩的上面complete，下面incomplete

第一条回复：

Your application can be reviewed with the scanned copy but an official decision cannot be made until we receive the official transcripts by mail. The address to send the transcripts is below.

这条回复，是我问没有邮寄官方成绩单，是否会先用我上传的成绩单来review的情况下的回复

Your application is currently complete and will be sent to the department for review shortly.
Please note if you have not yet sent official transcripts by mail, we would require you to send them in sealed envelopes to the address below in order for a final decision to be made.

上面绿色字是complete，下面黑色字的incomplete

没寄，暂时不打算寄了，因为也没有成绩单了

我连续三天晚上打电话问候他们了，还发了好多邮件
就给我改了个状态让我别闹了。谁知道会不会审
