期间尝试的多种策略，比较有用的如下：
140 建议加急尽快获批。
多尝试Expedite，联系Tier2，联系议员争取机会。最容易Expedite的是131 case。
律师都很不耐烦，还是要自己多练习。

April 8, 2020 Case Was Sent To The Department of State
March 20, 2020 We approved your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.
September 6, 2019 We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.

Case II EB1B 140

November 10, 2021 Case Was Approved
November 10, 2021 We approved your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, and emailed you an approval notice.
November 3, 2021 We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, and sent you a receipt notice.
November 2, 2021 We received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, and mailed you a receipt notice.
February 8, 2021 We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.

Case III EB1B-485 Concurrent 765

January 21, 2022 Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service
January 21, 2022 We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, directly to the address you gave us.
January 20, 2022 We approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
January 19, 2022 We ordered your new card.
January 19, 2022 We updated your name for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
November 23, 2021 We denied your request for expedite processing.
June 29, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, were taken.
February 8, 2021 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

Case IV EB1B-485
******预计 January 26, 2022 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
January 25, 2022 New Card Is Being Produced
November 9, 2021 We denied your request for expedite processing.
June 29, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken.
March 25, 2021 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case.

主卡获批一天后，副卡也有了更新：
On January 25, 2022, we sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status。

可能不需要去面试了。

我其实加急了485被拒了。回来加急765又被拒了。后来加急131还是被拒了。我后来联系Tier2申诉，说家人的131批准了，我也需要131和家人一起回国。后面重新审查批准了combo，没想到很快把485也给批了。

131 是回美证。没什么捷径，只能多试试。

可以先提交，后面着急了再加急。
