It is really an exciting moment when I am accepted to your computer science program. USC is a top school of public affairs and your computer department is absolutely an exceptional one. However, considering funding, I am deeply sorry that I have to decline my offer of admission. I appreciate your kindness and help deeply. I hope you can understand it is really an unpleasant decision for me.

Also, I hope that you could give favorable considerations to other Chinese applicants, especially those who are fond of computer programming, and my friend named Wenye Yu who has attend ACM for at least four years coupled with the third prize in Whuhan competition. He is good at many kinds of Algorithm like Graph theory, number theory, and so on. After one year self study graduated from school, he can program in IOS device professionally.
