看了一下，他说专程master of science很容易的~两者间应该是可以选择的~ 读一年后就可以转thesis了~

Congratulations, Haitang, on being offered admission to the graduate program in computer science at NC State University.

When submitting your application, you selected "Computer Science - MS," our thesis master's as your degree objective. But you may have noticed on the admission letter that the major degree to which you were admitted is "Computer Science - MR," and are wondering about the change. The reason is simple.
Our experience has shown that the majority of computer science master's degrees awarded at NC State are for the non-thesis option, which is the master of computer science (MCS) program, designated on the admission letter by the abbreviation "MR." Accordingly, we make this the default for the initial enrollment of masters students.
However, our intent is not to discourage students who prefer to do a thesis for their master's degree. If you are one of those students, you may change to the thesis option after you've completed at least one semester at NC State. The change is simple and the request takes only a few minutes to complete. Your adviser will gladly discuss the pros and cons with you before you decide.
Again, congratulations on your admission, and we hope you'll decide to join us for the 2014 Fall Term.

求问，现在是给他们财产证明和那个 form 然后给official admission , 然后自己再做决定对吧

刚看了下AD的letter，是这样的～～～不过好像木有说什么时候提交，只说了什么时候做决定哈～～～
不过deadline还早，还等等别的哈！
