【求助】加拿大Simon Fraser研院提交时付款问题

求助地里有经验的同学：

在付款页面上要求：
enter the information requested exactly as it appears on your credit card.
The billing address you specify must match your credit card company's records.

是不是说填的信息必须完全和注册信用卡时的信息相同呢？我注册时使用的是中文地址，这个地方有 Address 一栏怎么填呢？

我填了中文，结果submit之后提示我填的信息与 database 中的不符
但钱被扣了，但网申显示 fee not received

这是正常延迟还是出问题了呢？
