谢谢地里朋友们一直以来的相互帮助扶持，从2010年申请学校到现在2022年拿到绿卡，终于毕业了，希望大家都早绿。

2020/10/23 降级EB3+485+体检一起提交 LIN219007
2020/12/30 485 notice date
2021/01 月初 收到485 receipt
2021/03 月初 收到EAD/AP combo卡
2021/06 收到指纹信
2021/08 打指纹
2021/10 EB3 140 PP, 找Emma预约Tier2 callback
2021/11 Tier2 callback file了一个relink的service request to LIN (石沉大海)
2022/01 月底 公司律师file了relink(485j) 给CA的那个service center (石沉大海)
2022/02 月初 485被transfer去NBC
2022/02 月底 485被Hialeah, FL Field Office review
2022/03 月初 485因为workload原因回到NBC
2022/03 月中 485被San Juan, PR Field Office review
2022/03 月底 485退回到NBC,因没有visa number(这里是指我EB3不current,且没有relink成功)
2022/04 月初 自发向NBC寄了relink信
2022/04 月初 信寄到的第二天 NBC RFE EB2的485J, officer ID: OA0212
2022/04 月底 律师回复RFE
2022/04 月底 Emma告知officer在review whether to schedule an interview
2022/05 月初 Card produce
2022/05 月初 制卡第二天 收到CA那个relink的receipt

备注：(都是玄学, 没有理论依据)
- 渔民局case status网站经常不更新, 我打指纹什么的好多步骤都没有更新, 可以问Emma得到自己的真实case status
- 后面是我自己给NBC写信的模版, 最开头的Re: 不要省略
- 被transfer之后的所有信息都是问Emma问出来的, 几个小点:
- - 最好不问where is my case, 要说which field office is reviewing my case?  因为case物理上应该是在NBC放着
- - 除非想问A-file收集情况, 不然不要说xxx my file, file有的Emma会觉得特指A-file
- - 大部分Emma水平很差且懒, 拿出和客服扯皮的水平, 要把责任推给他们, 他们才会真的去帮你查一下, 不然就是模版回复, 只要他们去查, Emma Tier 1 (就是普通Emma) 可以看到你的case在哪, 谁在review, 谁review过, 哪天到哪天被review, 什么原因停止review, 有没有被assign officer, 有没有被assign visa number, 正在review到哪部; Tier 2 可以去翻完整的你的case 看缺什么材料; Tier 1/2都可以file service request, 都可以file一个加急审理, 只要你找到一个扯皮的理由, 比如Tier2 callback超过了30/60天了, 我还没收到电话, 你得给我加急审理485
- Relink信我LIN, NBC的各个地址都寄了, 有用的是下面这个地址, 其他都石沉大海, 邮寄的时候一定自己确认好地址, 相同地址zipcode居然有另一个city是一样的, 这栋楼里也有其他公司, 记得加上USCIS

Please interfile the approved EB-2 I-140 petition filed on behalf of the above applicant with the adjoining pending I-485 application. I am making this request so that the I-485 application may be processed according to the availability of immigration visas in the EB-2 category. Section  23.2(I)(C) and (D) of the Adjudicator's Field Manual provides that an I-485 adjustment application may be converted from one eligibility basis to another if the request is made in writing and there is no break in the continuity of the underlying eligibility for adjustment prior to submission of the conversion request.

In support of this request, please find copies of the following documents:
EB-2 I-140 Approval Notice;
Receipt Notice for Applicant’s I-485, Application to Adjust Status to Permanent Residence;
Notice of case transfer from LIN to NBC;

感觉交485这事，跟风扎堆准出事。扎堆降级，扎堆relink。跑在后头跟风的总要倒霉。

要怎么问tie 1看谁再review我的case呢

约tier2的理由可以说 check underlying basic 好像是这么说，我当时好像问的check on which category is my application under.

多问，早起刷，我感觉一大早的emma稍微好点。。。

是不是因为140pp太晚了？

楼主你好，非常感谢你的分享，我也遇到了类似的问题，准备写信给NBC。请问这封信你是手写，还是打印了最后再签名？
