1st MS CS AD @ NEU

心血来潮去看申请状态 居然说Decision Available

The Graduate School of the College of Computer and Information Science at Northeastern University is pleased to accept you as a student in our Master of Science program in Computer Science for the Fall 2011 Semester.

但是仔细一看居然是CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION  而且还要求2011.3.31前决定

Attached below you will find a conditions of admission letter. You must fulfill these conditions in order to enroll in our program. Please PRINT the Conditions of Admission, read them carefully, complete the bottom section of the letter, and return it to us as soon as possible to reserve your space in our program. If we do not receive your signed confirmation, your completed DCF form and financial documents (International Students only), and your tuition deposit by 3/31/2011, you may not be able to enroll in the Fall 2011 Semester. Please note that you can pay your tuition deposit online using the link at the bottom of the conditions of admission letter.

具体要求是
1. A non-refundable tuition deposit of US$100
2. 最终成绩单
3. 财产证明
4. 3月31日前决定

我想问各位大神是不是NEU的MS AD都是这类Conditions of Admission 还是说我条件比较差才这样(T 97 G 1300 GPA 3+)

希望能给后来人一个参考
