新来求问EB1A最近是不是难度降低了？

刚看到https://www.uscis.gov/i-140的alert有说：

There are an exceptionally high number of employment-based visas available this fiscal year (October 2021 through September 2022). In partnership with the U.S. Department of State, we are committed to attempting to use all these visa numbers. There are many more visas available in the first (priority workers) and second (workers with advanced degrees or of exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business, including requests for national interest waivers) employment-based categories than adjustment of status applications pending with USCIS.

能不能理解为只要符合基本条件，有judge others work，有contribution，有publication就可以了？

我是生物化学天坑专业，加拿大PhD，在澳洲博后6年多快要失业了，也想转美帝药厂。打听到最近职位少，招聘都不太看需要sponsorship的简历，所以想试试EB1A先。

审稿只有大概5次，被引刚过500，一作7篇只有一篇子刊，共同一作有一篇正刊和一篇子刊，但超过一半被引来自共一的两篇文章。没有推荐人的情况下DIY硬申EB1A有希望吗？
