求分享走NSEE的经验和时间线

本人9月要去dalhousie读CS硕，因为英语没有信心到达8777，准备毕业后在当地工作一年走NSEE（下面附NSEE要求），请问下有无朋友了解或者走过NSEE呢，求分享经验和时间线（比如什么时候提交EE，整个申请过程有什么注意事项），十分感谢！！！！！

ELIGIBILITY
To apply you must:
have at least 1 year of work experience in Nova Scotia;
be 21 to 55 years old;
have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent;
prove language ability in English or French on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB). You need CLB 7 for skilled work in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 0 and A. You need CLB 5 for NOC B positions;
have a profile registered in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system

附一下： 因为在网上搜索没有找到NSEE的例子和经验，时间线什么的，怕踩坑。故希望在地里碰碰运气。
