应该不是超额，可能是付款的时候填的信息和信用卡信息不符

VISA验证是啥？之前都不要呃。

可能是余额不足了吧 或者银行的系统故障.... 再交一次试试嘛

你可以打个电话给信用卡银行问问VISA验证如何开通（这是免费的，密码就是你信用卡的查询密码，招商银行的是这样的），我当时在送GRE的时候就遇到类似的问题。
