连plan都给出了，逼小札裁员20%，认为过去四年里，员工从25000人猛增到85000，导致revenue per employee不如google、twitter和uber等。
小札当然可以不听，但是会有压力。

我也有一计，保证可以让meta股票大涨：小札辞职。

Gerstner notes that headcount at Meta has tripled over the last four years to 85,000, from 25,000.
“It is a poorly kept secret in Silicon Valley that companies ranging from [Alphabet’s (GOOGL)] Google to Meta to Twitter (TWTR) to Uber (UBER) could achieve similar levels of revenue with far fewer people,” he writes. “I would take it a step further and argue that these incredible companies would run even better and more efficiently without the layers and lethargy that comes with this extreme rate of employee expansion.”

标题党，随便一个什么有点股权的就叫大股东了？0.1控股去教扎克伯格做事？发帖至少要说清楚这是什么人有多少股权吧，哗众取宠的帖子

超过0.1%的股东人数最多几百个，也算是somebody了，怎么不够格发声了？

meta的20%码农肯定持股超过0.1%，可以集体写个公开信，让这种华尔街的贪心鬼shut up。
