请教，EB1A CP, 填写并提交DS-260表格后，civil documents为什么没有提交的button？

Your Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (Form DS-260) was sent to the National Visa Center (NVC) for review. However, NVC will not review your Form DS-260 until they have received the required financial and civil documents that you must also submit. If you have not sent NVC those items, please do so now. Visit http://nvc.state.gov (English) or http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish) and review Steps 4-6 for instructions.
可是登录我自己的账户还是只看到ds260，没有看到可以点击supported document的地方，请问大家是怎么弄的

注意看Step 9 下面还有一行字：“You should only send mail to National Visa Center if explicitly instructed to through an email, telephone call, or letter from National Visa Center. In most cases, this request for documentation will be for a case that is not processing electronically. If necessary for your case, NVC will provide you with a mailing address. Never send original documents to the National Visa Center. ” 所以确实是需要邮寄复印件过去的。还有，彩色打印比黑白更好一些吧。

我还没有DQ呢，我在电报群里看到最近很快，一般DQ后一两个月就能面签，但这必须是在表A前进到你的PD之后的情况下（但排期确实很难确定说会怎么前进），你的PD是什么时候呢？

我看了我的welcome letter 有如下
Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC
We included a Document Cover Sheet with this letter. When you send your financial and supporting
documents to us, please put the cover sheet on top of them.
那看来还得邮寄啊
我是EB1A，是不是不需要提交Signed Affidavit of Support(s）

EB应该是要邮寄，你去看看你收到的 Welcome Letter 里有没有这样一句话： “After completing the above steps, submit documents to NVC by following the instructions at https://nvc.state.gov/mail”，是的话，就是说让你邮寄过去，地址在 https://nvc.state.gov/mail 里写了。

但是网站上说不要mail Step 9: Upload and Submit Scanned Documents
IMPORTANT: Do not send any documents to NVC by mail. However, you must bring every civil document you uploaded and submitted with your application to your visa interview.

你当时申请140是纸质的 后续也就都是 要邮寄

请问需要彩色打印邮寄过去吗

对的，不需要，选 not applicable。
