J1豁免完成之后，可以办理J1 transfer吗？（sevis number不变）
应该不会resubject to the 2 year rule?
我只知道J1豁免完成后，不能延长DS2019了。

我已经问清楚我们学校的ISSO，只要是J1 transfer的接收方可以接受原DS2019的时间范围，而无需调整其结束时间，那么就不会重新subject to 212(e).

最保险是问律师。学校ISSO有时候不一定很准确。。。祝顺利

慎重考虑，这个东西最好是有文件或者条款支撑，否则后续有问题了说不清楚，关系到后面换签证一系列问题。

J1 一人一辈子只能豁免一次，如果再使用J1的话不能豁免了，必须回国2年，请慎重

豁免后，你可以继续已J-1 身份延期，但是又有新的2-year home residency的限制，期满之后，还是需要回国2年。
