目前我司（MTI Corporation），主营业务scientific equipment

正在招聘Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities：

• Create the user manual for assigned new/customization equipment
• Assist management in arranging standard equipment testing tasks
• Attend in-person/video meetings with clients to discuss, analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose related equipment or application issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot,  any equipment before shipping it to clients or returned for repair
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Act as the contact point of contact for all technical concerns from clients, clients' organizations, or other employees
• Other tasks assigned by the management

Requirement:

• Familiar with material science lab research equipment
• Hands-on experience
