没错，我reach out过，压根儿没人理我

我的建议是放弃，一个title并没有太大作用，除非是为了回国拿帽子，但这种在职博士也很难被认可，除非国内有大佬保你

没见过博士收学费的，毕竟你也不去学什么，博士只是发论文而已

又不是给prof当科研劳动力 为啥不能自费读 反正就周末干干活

感觉是你本来就要有connection，不认识的直接套瓷可能没用。。。比如你工作内容跟某个方向相关，你想深造，碰巧你的manager是哥大做这个方向某个教授的师弟这种。。。

Do you admit people for part-time study towards a PhD?

We understand there are circumstances where full-time study is not possible and try to accommodate part-time students, but otherwise we strongly recommend going full-time, at least for some of the duration of study. 是的。应该说大部分part time PhD，你问是不是存在，它确实存在。你问它是不是可以申请，基本都不太能直接申请。可能只有GWU的System Engineering(现在好像新开了个AIML？)以及JHU的DEng希望大一点

Penn State也可以申请DEng 而且还真的需要三封推荐信和Writing Sample
