已经有H1b visa stamp, file 485的时候还能提交i-131申请AP卡吗? 会不会影响485？

advance parole。
提交485之后可以申请，批下来之后、485 pending期间凭有效AP可以不用visa进出美国。

借楼问一下，大家有AP后一般还会去签h1b visa吗？签证担心被check，用ap担心小黑屋，不知道大家一般怎么处理的

AP有效期内可以多次入境。好像单独的AP纸第一次入境时要在纸上盖章。
没听说用了AP其他签证失效的说法， ...

你这就是概念不清了，明明人家说的是status，你混淆成了visa。

status是指每个公民绿卡之外的人在美国境内的身份状态。这个身份状态通常在入境时确立，通过i94证明，i94逾期或出境时作废。所以逾期滞留叫做out of status，非法滞留则是unlawful presence。

持h1b visa stamp入境时，边境官员问清来美目的，确认与visa stamp以及797相符，便给你建立了h1b status入境。你h1b境内transfer/extension，或是申请转成其他身份，会新发i94（但i94号通常不变）。当你出境时，i94和你的status一起终止。（短期去加墨的auto visa revalidation例外，符合AVR条件的可以回来时令i94“复活”，而不是用visa stamp新建status）

以其他的签证入境也是类似。

但是你以AP入境时，没用visa stamp，建立的是parolee身份，进来的时候自然没有h1b status。但这不意味着你h1b许可（797表）或h1b visa stamp失效。parolee身份进来后，有条件的还可以通过境内h1b延期或transfer，得到新的h1b status的i94，从而回到h1b status。
