早上收到的，星期六也不休息？很奇怪呃~难道是群发的

申的EE:System的PHD 把我降为MS录了，但是邮件中安慰性的说
Please note that it is possible that a PhD opening might arise prior to April 15, in which case we will contact you again, and it is possible (but not guaranteed) to be admitted to the PhD program once you are a Master's student here.  To apply for the latter, it will be necessary that you find a research adviser by the middle of the second semester, maintain a satisfactory GPA, and take and pass part 1 of the qualifying examination in May 2012.
