求助,STD期间公司要求termination,这种情况有什么办法保护自己么?我看了下STD期间,似乎也没法律规定公司不能termination?谢谢!

Yes, employees can be terminated while on Short Term Disability (STD) leave, but with important conditions:

The termination cannot be BECAUSE of the disability or medical condition
The termination cannot be retaliation for taking STD leave
The company must have legitimate, non-discriminatory business reasons
