Hiring: Application Engineer (AE), Full-time, based in California, USA

Product Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Promptly respond to customer feedback regarding product quality and application issues;
2. Conduct on-site verification of specific quality/application issues reported by customers, and coordinate with the factory to implement corrective actions;
3. Manage the full process to ensure customer quality and compliance requirements are met;
4. Coordinate with customers to resolve specific complaints and drive continuous improvement at the factory;
5. Provide technical support to customers, including production process consultation, on-site production line adaptation guidance, and assistance with low-volume trial production, to ensure smooth new product introduction (NPI) into manufacturing;
6. Conduct regular customer visits to maintain client relationships, identify potential customer needs, and explore new project opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above; majors in Materials, Chemical Engineering, or other science and engineering disciplines preferred;
2.Prior experience in the display industry is preferred.
