CS PhD Offer @ Rice

就申了一个CS PhD， 竟然也中了， 看之前Rice U 发了一波Offer 和Rej，想必自己成了备胎了，必须感谢某大神的毫不利己，专门利人的国际主义decline精神呀！

谢谢啦！有关funding 如下，感觉Rice好土豪啊～
We will provide a stipend of $19575 for nine months, normally for a period of four years.
As a recipient of a departmental graduate stipend, the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral
Studies will provide you with a full tuition waiver, a value of over $39,880 per year.

After the first year, we provide support at the same(or greater) level in the form of a fellowship
or research assistantship for the additional four years presuming satisfactory progress, reasonable progress toward your degree, and availability of funds. .... Should you accept our offer of admission to the Ph.D. program, we will also provide you with a travel grant of $1,500
for attending scientific conferences. This grant, which is to be used within your first two years
in our Ph.D program, will permit you to attend one or two conferences in your chosen area(s) of research interest. Attending conferences is an important part of research and doing so early in your graduate education will give you an exellent insight into the nature of current research in an area and allow you to meet with important people in that area. We hope that this travel grant will help you kick start your research program at Rice.

All graduate students at Rice are required to pay fees each year. The fees for 2014-2015 were $532, and may increase somewhat each year. Students are required to have health insurance converage, which may be purchased through the university plan or on your own plan. If you are an international student, you must choose from one of the university provided health insurance plans.
Rice University provides a subsidy to all full-time doctoral students during theri first eight years of doctoral study at Rice. The cost to the student after the subsidy for student-only annual health insurance coverage is currently $600. ...

LZ是电子的吗？我是电机的，前几天拿到了Rice ECE PhD offer，还在纠结...LZ有去Rice的打算吗？

目前挺想去的～还在看看其他几个学校结果。电机出国不多吧，我有个学弟在电机也出国，莫非是您？ 另外你的offer letter有说要30天里交官方成绩单吗? 想请教下你是怎么操作的？
