小白菜同学已经定好了方向,虽然出来RS之外,还有不少需要学习,但是我会努力哒!!
下学期打算选修一门方向课,然后其他自学。(反正有老师问了,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~

【我感觉哦(我虾米也不懂,就是胡白!!)。。。不知道说的对不对。。。欢迎拍砖】

刚开始,把每个学校的project一个一个统计出来,每个professor的兴趣列出来,有点浪费时间。

其实,大概的浏览每个学校的网页,就知道他们主攻是什么的,再看个10几所学校,大概心理也有点谱了

. .и然后下面比较重要的是给自己定位,然后好好准备自己的知识库。 . 1point3acres

1.诱人的加州和GIS牛校阿,小文老师的母校,呵呵,感觉GIS更牛,毕竟是ncgia的老大嘛,2006 geoinformaticsgoodchild去武测了,传说很多人追着合影,不知道以后有没有机会一睹牛人风采。


Dar Roberts在植被遥感上很牛(http://www.lifesci.ucsb.edu/eemb/resources/tepee/index.html),但他现在没什么遥感上的项目,正在作加州的carbon cycling,因为本身我对此挺感兴趣,还是申了,对本科生只能先申MAAnnemarie Schneider,就是从bu毕业的,很pp噢,有点偏人文和经济角度(human dimensions of globalchange)。、、

·GIS牛校,俗称GIS小哈佛,竞争非常激烈,非常难申,NCGIA三校之一.80年代做RS很牛,现在BU那一票人以及Li xiao wen都是当时UCSBPhD.现在遥感感觉不如GIS.

Goodchild的大本营,科研经费充裕,NCGIA(National Center for Geographic Information & Analysis美国国家地理信息分析中心)三校之一。研究方向主要侧重于地理建模、地理分析、遥感分析以及地理信息可视化。尽管该系对申请者的官方最低 要求只有GPA 3.25、GRE 1100、 TOEFL 80分,但从以往的录取结果来看,每年中国只有不超过两个本科生申请者能进入该地理系攻读MA/PhD学位。目前被成功录取的几位中国学生,均为武汉大学 信息学部(前身为武汉测绘科技大学,中国第一所以测绘学科为主干的大学,在国际测绘领域享有很高声望)背景。
