写的比较简略因为作文水平捉急= =主要说了STEM student具有公司急缺的专业技能，并且new grad对公司来说十分重要，所以延长OPT让公司更容易招到new grad with STEM degree是必要的……

Title: Improving and Expanding Training Opportunities for F-1 Nonimmigrant Students With STEM Degrees and CapGap Relief for All Eligible F-1 Students
Document ID: ICEB-2015-0002-0011

Comment:
I strongly SUPPORT the OPT-extension for the following reasons:

1. Technology is the key factor for developing American economy. Hiring more STEM student is helpful for improving Technology which in turn creates more jobs for people in US.

2. Besides, it turns out that out of all potential international employees, only 19% of them could stay and get a working VISA from the lottery. Most of them will eventually go to their home country and work there, leaving a lot of vacancies for newly graduated students.

事关重大，尽自己的力量，同时也是帮助自己。

Let us calculate how much income which each F-1 student brings to USA,

1. Annual tuition plus living cost at least: USD60,000/Year;
2. Air-tickets, USD2000/round trip;
3. Parents visits, starts from selecting school, round trip USD2000*2/Time;
   Hotel, local transportation and shopping are not included;

If we calculate the whole students base which is around 250000 students in USA, it is quite a lot.
. Waral dи,
Now 30% of Chinese overseas students are in USA, followings are 21% in UK, 13% in Australia, 10% in Canada, if negative regulation get approved, it will be very sensitive to influence the proportion. Students and parents need reasons to study in USA.

So I am strongly support this regulation get approved.

As a software architect of a startup company, I strongly support this proposal.

I believe that it will be greatly helpful to improve the quality of employment of United States as competition exists.

People who are against this rule are ones that are too lazy to continously improve themselves.
