Expanding Training Opportunities is a critical method for America to retain more elites in America. As we all know, China has grown drastically in the past couple years. It has become the biggest competitor for America.  

More and more elites target this potential market and plan to pursue their career in China. What we have seen is that not only Chinese students choose to go back to China after they graduate, but more American start to learn Chinese and seek their opportunities in China! We have a great outflow of talents in the past years. Therefore, what we have seen now is America company can hardly find some qualified candidates for technical positions and we have to keep on lowering the requirements. Losing talents mean our companies will lose the food to survive, not to mention growing and developing.

Also, the H1B lottery has made it dramatically harder for these International students to work in America. Many companies are reluctant to take the risk and provide the opportunities for international students. When we look at the statistical data of education achievements in America. We are surprisingly to see a huge proportion of international students attain the advanced degree in America. Many America are not interested in seek the advanced academic achievement, because it’s easy for them to find a job and have a decent living standard without high educational background. But it is totally another story for an international student. Only the elites can stay here. They must overcome hundreds and thousands difficulties and challenges to prove their values. If we expel these elites from our countries, what will happen? We educate the elites for the development of other countries, and even don’t give them the chance to prove their value and contribute to America’s development. It will be a destruction for America. And we are the person who make it happen!

Based on the perspective of American companies, I urgently ask the government to approve the OPT extension. Survival of the fittest is always the fairest rule in this society and in today’s world. America should not have a short sight and destroy the future by ourselves.

Step 1 - 写一个万能评论。

什么叫万能评论？ 因为大家知道，美国人水军无非就知道吐槽“一旦OPT24个月， 美国人就业更难， 对CITIZIN 不公平“ 之类的吐槽点。
我们可以整理列出几个常用的美国人吐槽点， 然后要求就是，你在写你的评论的同时，要尽可能反驳美国人常用吐槽点。


Step2 - 写好评论，复制粘贴。 以下是我的评论。

"More OPT provided for international student, more time American companys can have to select quialified interntional talents and keep them working for U.S. company. The U.S. is a free captial market,both for currency and labors. The market will keep only the workforce they need most. Indeed, without interntional workforce, The U.S. engine will still run, but not as efficient as what it is now. Indeed, back to 100 years ago, without interntional workforce, native American Indians can still live in this land, but won't make the U.S. as the No.1 country in the world."


Step3 - 提交你的评论。

Step4 -  在这个网站找其他的评论。 你可以搜名字是美国人名字的评论，因为他们一般都是反对的。 找到几个美国水军的评论，你就可以粘贴你刚刚写的的评论。  

PS: 因为权限的问题，我在这贴不出如何找其他人评论的步骤和链接。如果版主看到，希望能够补充如何找找到其他水军评论的方法。

这样，你辛辛苦苦写的评论，既可以当做对NEW RULE 的正式评论， 又可以反驳其他水军的评论。

切记，不要复制太多次。 这样影响整体评论可信度和质量。
