I strongly SUPPORT this proposal with the following reasons:

First of all, nowadays, most Americans do not want to learn STEM majors, especially Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. However, the companies, such as Apple, Google, Amazon and so on, hired students who mainly majored in STEM. These companies have important roles in America's Economy. If this proposal is not approved, the majority of international students must go back to their own countries. That means these companies would not hire enough students to help them because most Americans are majored in Medicine, Law and Film. Then these companies will become weaker and weaker. Therefore, this phenomenon will affect America's Economy seriously.

Secondly, this proposal will benefit both international students and United States. This proposal will give international students three years to work in and contribute to America, which means each international student will have three opportunities to get H1B visa. This will benefit international student a lot. Besides, if more and more international students get H1B visa, they will contribute to America a lot and therefore, United States will become stronger and stronger and will be a leader in technique filed around the world.

Finally, this proposal will attract more and more international students come to United States and this will be a huge amount of income. Besides, this proposal will keep United States at the top position in education around in the world. Many students want to have industry experience after they graduation. The OPT is one of the main reasons which attract international students come to America. Recently, many other countries, such as Canada, United Kingdom and Austria, are considering to propose training program similar to OPT in order to attract international students. Therefore, in this competitive world, United States should open mind and take this good proposal.

In sum, I strongly support this proposal and this proposal will benefit both international students and America.

再来一条，提了下opt extension是双赢的政策，并且驳斥了对方觉得OPT extension 会抢美国人工作的观点。

I strongly support this proposed rule since this is a win-win strategy for both US and international students who attained or is going to attain STEM degree in US. On one side, US tech companies rely on international students to create values for their companies, which bring more revenue and then be converted to tax for IRS. And this tax would benefit each US citizens here. For international students here, this is a good opportunity to apply what they learned in class and gain more real-world industry.

After reviewing so many negative comments who object the proposed rule. I found something they have in common: they are really afraid that US citizens will lose their jobs in all the industries.
I don't think they have to worry about this at all. First, the proposed rule only benefits international employees who attained their STEM degree in US. And OPT extension only allows them to work in tech industry. Working in any other industry will be illegal and they will get deported if they get caught. Second, it was because US citizens cannot fill in the void in the US tech industry that international student can come in. US tech companies definitely prefer US citizens over international students if they have the same skill set and capability because they can work here without any restrictions whereas international students need sponsor from those tech companies. And those tech companies is risking potential loss of those international employees because of the H1B lottery system. So, why would they choose international employees if they have to face those troubles?

So, if those people really need something to worry about, this is what they are supposed to worry about: why not spending more time improving their own skills set those companies are looking for instead of wasting time leaving negative comments here? Competitions are everywhere in the world. Tech companies will never hire you if you are not qualified regardless of your citizenship! Only the strong survive!
