I totally support the act that Improving and Expanding Training Opportunities for F-1 Nonimmigrant Students With STEM Degrees and Cap-Gap Relief for All Eligible F-1 Students. I reviewed 20+ negative comments towards this act, however, none of them make sense. Most negative comments indicate that the international students steal jobs from Americans and allowing international students to work within STEM industry will harm the employment environment, which is ridiculous. Contrarily, restricting international students in STEM work in US, which is the withdraw of expanding training opportunities act here, will harm American employment environment or even resulting in its collapse. The reasons are stated as follows. Firstly, we all know that there are far less not only American students with STEM major but also Americans with STEM related experience compared to the STEM industry demands. Those STEM related companies have no choice but recruit the international students. Furthermore, the identity of international students will not help those international students gain extra advantage against Americans. On the contrary, it is a huge disadvantage for international students. However, why there are still lots of companies recruit international students? It is because there are NOT ENOUGH qualified Americans! In a word, it is precisely pinpointed the flaws in the negative comments. I am totally support that Improving and Expanding Training Opportunities for F-1 Nonimmigrant Students With STEM Degrees and Cap-Gap Relief for All Eligible F-1 Students.

As a current F-1 Nonimmigrant student, I'm stongly supporting this proposal, which do goods to both the American society and the international students.

First of all, as the constitution claims, United States shall be pround about its diversity which no other countries can compete with. All men are created equal. Why F-1 noimmigrant students don't have the equal chance to work for American companies.

I shall also mention the big contribution international students and scholars have made to the current American society. Remember, excellent engineers, statisticians, and scientists from foreign countries have been achieving enourmous accomplishments which support the fast-growing local economy. If OPT extension has been cancalled, then imagine how many talented people would leave the country. It would be a disaster for American society if it happens.

What's more, OPT extension serves as a good motivation for those who haven't planned to study and further work in the states. Attracting more and more excellent students to contribute to the American society is one of the most important reasons why U.S. stands as the top 1 country in the whole world.

All in all, OPT extension would bring out great benefits to both the United States and those excellent international students who are great treasury to this country.

I strongly SUPPORT this proposal with the following reasons:

First of all, nowadays, most Americans do not want to learn STEM majors, especially Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. However, the companies, such as Apple, Google, Amazon and so on, hired students who mainly majored in STEM. These companies have important roles in America's Economy. If this proposal is not approved, the majority of international students must go back to their own countries. That means these companies would not hire enough students to help them because most Americans are majored in Medicine, Law and Film. Then these companies will become weaker and weaker. Therefore, this phenomenon will affect America's Economy seriously.

Secondly, this proposal will benefit both international students and United States. This proposal will give international students three years to work in and contribute to America, which means each international student will have three opportunities to get H1B visa. This will benefit international student a lot. Besides, if more and more international students get H1B visa, they will contribute to America a lot and therefore, United States will become stronger and stronger and will be a leader in technique filed around the world.

Finally, this proposal will attract more and more international students come to United States and this will be a huge amount of income. Besides, this proposal will keep United States at the top position in education around in the world. Many students want to have industry experience after they graduation. The OPT is one of the main reasons which attract international students come to America. Recently, many other countries, such as Canada, United Kingdom and Austria, are considering to propose training program similar to OPT in order to attract international students. Therefore, in this competitive world, United States should open mind and take this good proposal.

In sum, I strongly support this proposal and this proposal will benefit both international students and America.
