关于Transcript和Cover Letter：

我们没有再用一个大信封，大多数学校网申后只要寄成绩单，直接封口后的成绩单扔到快递纸袋里，我们同时都附上一份GT复印件。有些学校要资金证明这些，我们就做了一张Cover sheet，标明快递文件袋的明细；个别学校要寄到两个地方（研院及系里），我们就统一快递到研究生院，附上需要寄到系里的资料装在一个大信封里，信封外面打印上说明，请送到XX系。另外，我最后没选UPS，主要是担心UPS代理商来回转递被遗失（毕竟不是直接交给UPS），我们走的中国邮政的EMS留学快递，价格是一样的，100一份，网上追踪也挺方便，昨天寄的，今天查已经发往美国的不同城市。另外，有几所截止期很迟的学校和只有PO POX的，我就买了大号的航空信封，寄的航空平信，每份不到11元。万一是一个月后仍未收到，再补寄快件。

到底要寄什么材料，请大家参阅学校网站的要求。不同学校有不同的情况。在很多情况下，网申结束后，只需要寄送一份官方的成绩单。大部分的学校在录取之前都不需要寄送财力证明。另外，强烈建议大家在申请材料中附上自己的GRE/TOEFL成绩单的复印件。
  寄送方式，分为平信和快递两种。平信较为便宜，但速度慢。快递有很多选择，EMS，DHL，FedEx，UPS等。很多公司推出留学生业务，会便宜很多。此外，像taobao这样的C2C网站可以找到很多快递代理的店铺，在一次寄出多份的情况下，也可以省下一笔不小的费用。
  寄送地址相对于两种不同的寄送方式，也分为两种。通常情况下，学校的网站会说的比较清楚，寄送材料的时候应该使用哪个地址。对于没有说明的情况，凡是P.O.Box地址（即地址中出现P.O.Box字样）只能收取平信，其它的即可以用快递寄送。更详细的情况也可以咨询学校小米，或向其索取快递地址。

8.        Two Letters of Recommendation; (The third one will be mailed directly from the person who wrote it in U.S.)
9.        The Receipt of the Payment of the Application Fee.

for #7, it is required by an ece prof who finally gave me an ra for master. he didn't know some contents of my course. then i added #7 to all univs i applied to. this document is strongly recommended by myself for 'zhuan zhuan ye' application.

現在是不是到了針對性的寫PS的時候了？？

推荐使用google translate来进行语法纠错。。
原来以为translate很鸡肋，但是自从师兄严肃推荐后，我发现translate如果翻译自己的PS词不达意的情况应该是由于我的冗余语义造成的。现在translate提供了reorder功能，弥补了统计翻译的不足。更加易用了。今晚一句一句的改之后，感觉的确不那么晦涩了。。

今天完整的过了光棍节，9点起床， 淘宝扫荡了半天， 晚上又去听了听相声 不错 得到了很好的休息， 明天继续征战
