愿闻其详，比如什么别的想法？

前几个网站确实给了很多信息。无论是在technical skill还是social skill都给出了有用的意见。我觉得本科的大牛不是不存在，但是确实不多。像我们经历比较一般的人想进好学校就得按Grad School student的标准要求自己。
