报个UW的offer 顺便麻烦地里大神解答一下offer中的问题

今早收到了Uw的非正式的offer 但是邮件里是这么说的

The Admissions Committee of the full-time MS program in Statistics at the University of Washington is very impressed with your application, and we consider to make you an offer to the Master of Science: Statistics-Advanced Methods and Data Analysis program. However, before we send an offer letter to you we would like to confirm that you are still interested in our program.


We are looking forward to your response to this e-mail within 7 days upon receiving this email. In your response please indicate whether or not you are still interested in our full-time MS program in Statistics.



我如果在7天内回复人家说感兴趣 意思就是答应人家要去了吗？我表示不太明白。。。有了解的大神麻烦解答一下。。

Please note that our MS program is fee-based and admitted students do not receive any financial assistantship. The courses are offered through the University of Washington Professional and Continuing Education. The instructional fees are $850 per credit for non-Washington state resident and $505 per credit for Washington state resident with a minimum of 49 credits being required. Thank you for your reply.  The MS degree is administered under the UW Professional and Continuing Education.  Everything is the same as of other graduate programs except it is a fee based program and registration is through the UW Professional and Continuing Education.

The final decision to make to accept the offer as stated on the admissions letter is April 16.

我的offer里面没这句话啊

同收到，觉得他这个Washington professional and continuing education好奇怪。还有七天内回复拿了offer时一定要去么还是什么意思啊。。觉得好诡异
