也就是3月10号

刚去了immigrationgirl那里看了,评论里已经贴出来了, 细则已经能网上查看了并将于11日对外公示
但是不是所有人能申请多出的7个月:
1. 所有现有的stem继续有效至卡上有效期
2.5月10号后申请的新stem,直接24个月
3.现有的stem,仅限于5月10日后依旧有150天有效期的可以申请多余的7个月

150天的规定我是这里看到的 不知道我理解得对不对:

The student must have at least 150 calendar days126 remaining prior to the expiration
of the 17-month STEM OPT EAD at the time the Application for Employment
Authorization is filed. See 8 CFR 214.16(c)(2)(ii). This 150-day period guarantees
that a student who obtains an additional 7-month extension will have at least 1 year of
practical training under the enhancements introduced in this rule, including site visits, reporting requirements, and statement and evaluation of goals and objectives. For
students who choose to seek an additional 7-month extension, the new enhancements
. 1point3acres.com apply upon the proper filing of the Application for Employment Authorization
requesting the 7-month extension. See 8 CFR 214.16(c)(3).
