现在才9月份啊，为什么我就收到UTD的录取邮件，请问这是录取通知吗

. 1point 3acres The CS graduate admissions committee has recommended that you be admitted to our graduate program.  Your admission is not formalized until you receive an “official” letter of admittance from the UTD Office of Enrollments Services (OES).  This formal acceptance from OES is subject to any missing documents they may request. In order to register for courses, you must provide proof of your degree completion with you to UTD (provisional certificate, degree conferral, etc.).  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Office of Enrollment Services.

The Department of Computer Science has admitted you with condition you complete the following prerequisite courses:

CS 5333 Discrete Mathematics

CS 5349 Automata Theory

Each student’s file is carefully reviewed for admission and all deficiencies are noted for all five CS areas of study. Students are responsible for fulfilling only those prerequisites pertaining to their area of study.  Additionally, you may apply for a waiver and/or transfer of prerequisite courses after your enrollment at UTD. Decisions to waive prerequisite courses will be based on your previous academic record(s) and the chosen track of study, at the discretion of the graduate CS advisors.

I’d like to take this opportunity to “informally” welcome you and celebrate your educational opportunities as a graduate student at The University of Texas at Dallas. UTD admissions requirements are at least as selective as other top universities in the United States, providing you with an education of the highest scholastic standards.

The Computer Science Department houses three research centers and many state-of-the-art research labs. This means that both our faculty members, as well as our graduate students, have ample opportunities to pursue their research interests. Furthermore, as UTD is located within the second largest high-tech region in the United States, our industry ties are very strong, as evidenced by our record of working closely with several major companies on joint research projects.

The Erik Jonsson School has the largest Industrial Practice Program in the state of Texas, and the sixth largest in the nation. This program is designed to allow our students to work with our local industry partners while studying towards their degree. The job placement rate for students who complete our voluntary co-op program is one of the best in the nation.

If you are seeking financial support as a research assistant, you may wish to contact individual faculty member(s) directly. The department will award teaching assistantships in the next couple of months, and those chosen will be notified directly.  There is no need for you to apply for teaching assistantship; all admitted students will be considered upon application review by the admissions committee.

Lastly, I would like to remind you that the university has a large support network for new and continuing students. There are services from tutoring to over 130 student organizations to keep you as busy and involved as you would like to be!

As a newly admitted student, you need to set up a permanent NetID and Password using your 10-digit UTD ID by following these steps:

以及吐槽一下，，，UTD说 scan in black and white。。。
可是成绩单扫描出来 有红色的学校的公章啊！。。。这是红色的啊，，难道要用ps强行变成黑白吗？公章印是黑色的才奇怪吧。。。不知道怎么办好了。。。。

以及 我看UTD不用先从ETS寄送 GRE成绩吗？只用自己填一个？
网申系统 If you are offered admission you will need to submit an official copy of all your test scores。楼主怎么操作的？

visa那部分就这么几行，选了F1之后下面蹦出来 那个 did you graduate那个问题。。。

是2017 Fall 的

应该是可以waive掉一到两门 根据track的不同
以前是理工科的补五门
文科商科补七门

现在上涨的有点严重啊........
注意下学费 目测要70W+

最好能有加州的学校
