• Participate in the product development and problem resolution processes as   a contributor of technical information about the products using FEA tools.

Example studies include simulating impact (drop tests), vibration, heating/cooling, coupled physics, mechanism dynamics, buckling, creep, assembly loading, seal integrity, geometric nonlinearity, cyclic loading, plasticity (forming operations).
• Prepare CAD models of parts and assemblies for FEA and leverage static or time-based boundary conditions.
• Perform linear and non-linear structural analyses involving complex contacts using linear and non-linear materials
• Accurately simulate materials exhibiting hyperelasticity and shape memory.
• Present results, propose design changes, and communicate recommended solutions to project management teams.
• Modify and/ or create CAD geometry to create structural and fluid computational domains.

Requirement:
• Ideal candidate would have 9-13 years experience in structural FEA analysis
• Minimum requirement of at least 1,000 hours of recent Ansys experience.
• Ideal candidate would have 5+ years experience leveraging ANSYS for mechanical/structural/thermal studies
2.Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Witcha, KS

· 3-10 yrs experience as a CAD designer

· Ideal experience in Pro-E systems. Solidworks experience also a plus

· Ability to work in team and individual setting in product development/improvement atmosphere

· Take direction from project leads

· Deliver quality work in timely manner as project requires

·Knowledge of ag industry, farm equipment and application needs

· Mechanical aptitude with desire to learn about new products and processes

· Self-motivated and attention to detail is key

· Ability to multi-task and balance the requirements of working on more than one project at a time
