Canada 接受offer，需要response两次，求助大神们看看啥意思？

申了Waterloo的Chemistry MSc，给了offer,信里本来这么说的：
Please find attached a form for indicating your intent to accept this offer.  Please either email it back to me or email your response by 2nd
March.  If approved, the Graduate Studies Office will be in contact with you regarding an official offer from the University of
Waterloo.  Once an official offer is made you will be asked to respond within three weeks as to your intention to accept the offer。
后来我问能不能拖，他说可以到3.15号：
Both acceptances are necessary as one is for GWC (return date of March 2)
and the other is for the University of
Waterloo
(within 3 weeks).  I can
grant you an extension until the middle of March for the GWC acceptance, but
cannot change the University of
Waterloo
deadline.

Please let me know no later than March 15 what you have decided.

所以waterloo是说要回复两次，一次program，3weeks之后答复grad school。
因为我在等美国的消息，可能4月份有消息，所以我想着能不能先答应program的response，然后等到3weeks之后能不能给拒掉，或者两次都答复了，最后如果不去的话，会有什么结果？

求大神说加拿大接受offer，如果真不能去了，会有啥后果，这个老师是套的。。。

这个我不太确定能不能这样做哈~~
我知道的只有linda很好哈 LZ美国的offer在等哪些呢？

额，好吧，linda是真的好，我真心知道，美国在等maryland， wisc，你觉得值么？

我觉得看导师吧～～有时间就等等先咯～～我问问我同学看～～～

你可以给UMD和WISC发邮件问问进度。如果是我的话，我肯定从UW了，毕竟CS很好，而且是MS offer，两年后再申PhD更强。Chem不太清楚UW的实力了
