H1B transfer不用等Receipt?

fragomen说只要transfer材料寄到uscis就能开始工作？连receipt也不用等？

Today, we filed the H-1B Change of Employer petition. We should receive a receipt from the USCIS in approximately 2-3 weeks and will then provide an estimated processing time for the case.

As you are currently in valid H-1B status and are changing from one H-1B employer to another, you are permitted to begin employment the day after the H-1B petition has been delivered to USCIS. Please find attached the H-1B filing copy and FedExtracking information to monitor and confirm delivery of the H-1B change of employer petition at the USCIS. Once confirmed, you may set your start date with your recruiter.

We recommend that you do not travel internationally while this case is pending, but we are are of your plans to travel in November. Please do keep us updated on exact travel dates, and we will reach out to you accordingly with notices.

You are correct, based on portability you do not need to wait until we have the receipt to transfer employers. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

fragomen 也是这么跟我说的，说file了transfer材料就能上班... 然而我网上看的一切都说必须等到receipt，最好等到结果= =

靠谱的，确实就是这样，有证明file了就可以

真是各个说法都不一样，我们公司同样用的F家，我一个同事也是transfer，结果上了还没一个星期的班公司就又把她解雇了让她等着receipt再回来

我是今年3月办的transfer，当时律师明确说明是收到receipt之后可以上班，但是建议等到收到approval以规避风险

请问你是等到 recepit之后才开始上班， 还是 等到 receipt之后才提出辞职呢？ 因为一般来说 提出辞职以后 还得上两周班
