Getting RFE for H1B transfer, wage level 2

Sorry can't type in Chinese.

The company was filing H1B transfer for me on 9/29 and upgrading it with PP on 10/26. I got RFE today.
The LCA filed uses SOC 15-1133 (Software Developer) and marks N/A as wage level. I am getting salary around 140K base + bonus/stocks which might fit to level2 in regard of my location (Mountain View).
I am holding a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineer at top 10 school in the US.

Regarding the RFE, my attorney only mentioned:

" They read it as a straight extension which it is not, it is a change of employer and extension of stay.
Hence, the only thing we need to give them are the paystubs for your prior employer and then the ones for the current company."


It's very scary because I started working for the company based on the receipt notice.
Anyone knows what is this RFE?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

请问楼主
我的理解是H1b被RFE期间你是可以给新东家工作的。 除非被denied的情况下才不行。
像这种RFE的原因没啥。很快就会clear的。只要给清楚资料即可。
