宾大推荐信能稍晚于申请deadline提交吗

请问大家 upenn推荐信提交链接已经发给老师，但老师不一定能在11月15号之前提交推荐信，可能会晚一两天，这种情况upenn接受吗，需不需要联系小秘？

问的admissions1@seas.upenn.edu，回复是：Please submit your application no later than 11:59 pm today. Only applications which are complete by the end of the day are guaranteed to be reviewed in the first round. You do not need to wait for the letters of recommendation in order to submit your application.
看来就是不需要等推荐信，按提交时间的

我问的是SEAS的小蜜，原话是：
Good day. As stated in our application requirements, all required materials must be submitted by the application deadline, in this case Nov 15 for the early application period, for your application to be considered complete and ready for review. This does include the Letters of Recommendation.

我是申ME，然后小哥和我说，他也不确定怎么办，可以发邮件到mebg@seas.upenn.edu说明自己的姓名，老师的推荐信会迟，会迟多久。然后我又打电话过去给UPenn SEAS Admission Office，那边的大妈就很强硬了，截止日期是11.15日，晚上23:59，算上时差也就是北京时间11.16日，12:59截止。“Everything submitted after that may not be considered”。。这是大妈原话。。

我记得好像有看到说推荐信也要在ddl前提交，最好还是问下小蜜把？

理论上是必须要在DDL之前交上去的
The deadlines are to monitor the number of applications, admittances, matriculants, etc. There is no Spring Application Cycle.

All materials - test scores, recommendations, etc. - should be submitted when the application is submitted.

All applications are reviewed, and applicants notified of the decision, as expeditiously as possible.
不过可以和小米商量一下

他们发的邮件里这样写
at least two letters of recommendation - we do not issue extensions
所以我觉得最好还是在ddl之前交吧。。。虽然我也是在拿绳命在赶11.15的ddl

无所谓的吧，再不济到第二轮而已。难度没什么区别
