UCLA 托福waiver

我之前有新加坡国立的master学位，申请页面上面那些可以waive的国家没有新加坡，但是因为时间来不及了，发信问，回复如下：

Dear Dan,

All application materials are due by Dec. 1.

The only universities from Singapore that are exempt from the TOEFL or IELTs are:
National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Management University (SMU) Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
