学位证/毕业生/成绩 认证公证的问题

今天查了UA的要求递交的材料，有这样一个要求：
Verification Reports for

• all Graduation certificates
• all Degree certificates
• all Academic transcripts
  

To be sent directly to UA Graduate School by one of the Ministry-authorized verification offices listed below. Each office provides different services. Please contact each for more information.

想问一下大家这个必须申请的时候就要提交么？？？谢谢大家？？而且这个办理要20-30天 我现在时间有点来不及。。

虽然不知道怎么办，还是帮你顶一下，认出你的ID来了，哈哈~~
