目前团队不到十人，你有机会作为创始成员，参与游戏产品从无到有的开发流程，了解游戏公司的运作。
CEO在游戏行业工作多年，技术设计审美能力都很强，他会作为你的mentor & 直接主管。


工作地点
办公室在湾区。


身份移民政策
公司给办H1B和绿卡。
底线是你目前有OPT，至少可以参加明年的H1B抽签 - 即使抽签只剩一次，公司也愿意考虑。
已经有H1B或者绿卡当然更好。
人不在美国，可以申请吗？No，只考虑在美国留过学，至少有OPT的。

Software Engineer有什么具体要求？

首先，学习能力快、代码能力强.
对具体的语言有要求吗？No。
要求之前有游戏开发行业经验吗？No。
举个极端的例子，比如你是做硬件的，想转码，那也欢迎！

new grad考虑吗？
公司需要写代码的熟练工，暂时不考虑没有任何工作经验的new grad。理想的candidate有两年+工作经验


其次，对游戏行业有热情
熟悉多款游戏，能指点优劣、激扬想法的同学有加分。

UI Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS​

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field, foreign equivalent education acceptable
• Professional experience using Javascript
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Familiar with frontend development using ReactJS
• Some knowledge of backend development using NodeJS.
  

JOB DUTIES

• Work closely with designers and other engineers to establish a shared vision for compelling UI features
• Implement functional and elegant UI features from approved concept images and paper designs
• Develop back-end functionality to support front-end features
• Constantly observe and learn the latest programming techniques
  

UI/UX Designer


As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work on the design of our platform and features. The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always changing. You have demonstrated design thinking, a deep understanding of users, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and good art aesthetics. You should also be familiar with CSS, and HTML in order to cooperate with front-end engineers seamlessly to launch innovative features.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design,Fine Art, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with and passion for designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs).
• Experience with HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in development and prototyping.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrate sense of web design and attune to the fundamentals of user experience, including ideation, wireframe, prototype and high-fidelity user interface design.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Adhere to style standards on typography, color, and imagery.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch and Invision.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the front-end and back-end.
• At least 2 years of programming experience
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven history of nurturing collaboration and a bias for action.
• Passion to work under tight deadlines and successfully manage multiple work streams.

其实不太懂，对语言，对开发游戏经验都没要求，甚至做硬件的也可以转，为啥new  grad 不行
