9 years at Intel, 3 years in Intel China and 6 yrs in Intel US
got low-balled from the get go (youthful mistake), first 6 yrs was reviewed by people manager who doesn't understand what I do, never recovered from that. eventually decided to leave.
The company is moving extremely slow, most of silicon projects I worked either got cancelled or never reached the volume planned. There are still a lot of capable people but the top level management is shitty and has no clue. Lots of dead meat also some of which was gotten rid of in 2016 ACT. Compensation is not competitive and annual raise can barely cover inflation.
Overall a good place to learn and grow if you are fresh graduate or young.
