purdue网申里的fellowship applicant essay

purdue 网申系统里有个fellowship applicant essay 说明如下
All applicants wanting to be considered for a Purdue University Doctoral Fellowship, David M. Knox Fellowship, or George Washington Carver Fellowship are required to submit a diversity essay. Recipients of these fellowships are students who have received a degree from an accredited U.S. high school, demonstrate superior academic achievements and abilities, and submit a diversity essay. The diversity essay should be 500 words or less responding to the following statement
那我们这些中国学生 还要不要填写呢？求大神们指点

ECE 不用。看看小米的回复：

ECE will automatically consider you for a fellowship on a competitive basis.  The fellowships awarded by the Purdue University Graduate School require US citizenship sometimes.

You do not need the essay for ECE.

这个不是说只有美国的学生填的么？但我们International Student要申请奖金怎么办？还是我们不能申？人家小蜜不回复我。。郁闷了

非citizen就不用写了，里面还要你写美国高中的名字呢。international student目测就是拿TA RA吧
