整理了些USC的Health Requirements

房子、sim卡、PPV、选课、IERF认证、体检.........发现要做的事情好多@@
一样一样来吧，今早预约了上海这边的体检（目前最早只能约到12月3日早上8点的场次），顺便整理了一些关于USC健康要求方面的信息，还请地里的各位USC帮忙补充指正，不胜感激。

USC有哪些健康方面的要求？

New Student Health Requirements: Immunizations and Screenings -> 参考链接： https://studenthealth.usc.edu/medical/immunization-clinic/required/

对于所有学生，都需要2针MMR（麻腮风）接种 OR 麻疹+腮腺炎的抗体测试，21岁及以下还需要一个脑膜炎的接种；
对于咱们留学生来说，额外需要Quantiferon血液测试 OR T-Spot血液测试。

A note about Insurance and Immunizations:  If you have purchased the USC Student Health Insurance Plan, all immunizations are covered 100% per your plan benefits, with the exception of Typhoid, Yellow Fever and Rabies, which are covered at 90% per your plan benefits, with no deductible required. The prices for immunizations below are for students that don’t have the USC Student Health Insurance Plan.
* Gardasil 9: $238 per injection.
* Hepatitis A: $48 per injection. Series of 2.
* Hepatitis B: $52 per injection. Series of 3.
* Influenza (Flu): $20
* Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR): $81. Part of New Student Health Requirements
* Meningococcal
    * Menactra (ACYW): $124
    * Bexcero (MenB): $176 per injection. Series of 2.
* Pneumococcal (PPSV): $110
* Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap): $40
* Td: $31
* Polio: $26
* Twinrix: $94 per injection . Hepatitis A & B combined. Series of 3.
* Typhoid: $97
* Varicella (Chicken Pox): $139
* Yellow Fever: $142
* Late fee for missed immunization deadline each semester: $25*

另外还有些测试，是不包含在Health Insurance里面的：

可以看到Health Insurance for Spring/Summer 2019: $1,311 (竟然交了这么多T^T，小1W啊)

划重点：
Mandatory Health Insurance and Health Center Fee
All USC students enrolled in 6 or more units are automatically enrolled in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan. All international students are automatically enrolled, even if they are taking less than 6 units.
The health insurance premium is added to the USC fee bill.
Waiving the Student Health Insurance Plan & Health Center Fee – Visit the USC Engemann Student Health Center’s page on Insurance Waivers if you are already enrolled in a comprehensive health insurance plan that meets USC’s insurance requirements.


总结

2 确认自己没接种过疫苗的，等到了USC再接种，毕竟买了health insurance，怎能不薅这羊毛
3 不清楚自己有没有接种过，或者是接种记录小本本丢了的，可以到USC之后自费做下MMR的测试，确定下是否要接种
4 关于T-Spot blood test，只能自费做了，42.42刀

买了学校保险后T-spot是免费做的，楼主贴的是指不包含在health fee里的，不是不包含在insurance plan里的。
