5/2/19 UPDATE: Today we received regular processing receipt notices for Advanced Degree (AD) petitions from the Vermont service center.

AD/VT/PP: We have received email notification and/or I-797 receipt notices in 64% of our cases in this category
AD/CA/PP: We have received email notification  and/or I-797 receipt notices in 66% of our cases


AD/VT: We have received I-797 receipt notices in 50% of our cases
AD/CA: We have received I-797 receipt notices  in 25% of our cases


non-AD/VT/PP: We have received I-797 receipt notices in 0% of our cases
non-AD/CA/PP: We have received email notification and/or I-797 receipt notices in 11% of our cases


non-AD/VT: We have received I-797 receipt notices in 0% of our cases
non-AD/CA: We have received I-797 receipt notices  in 0% of our cases

If you take a look at IG's updates for the last years, you will see even there were differences, but not as big as this one (Almost double). For unknow reasons these year CA center is slow.  

Anyway it is just a guess, but believe all of us will have our receipts on the way.

just wondering why CA center has such low case volumn. But I think it is a good sign since more is coming.

For CA center I think it is a good sign. Compared to the 50%, CA should reach the similar percentage, but now it only reaches 25%. I think this means more is on the way.

Based on the previous post of IG, last time when PP was available in 2016, non-PP adv CA is ~30-40%, and PP adv CA is ~60%

However there is no reason PP should affect the %

Hope it is not the case this year....
