先用B签去美国，等F1 issue了再出境，以F1身份入境可以吗

已经定了一个月后的机票飞美国，F1 现在还在check中（已经64天），现在在想如果再过几周还是没能issue的话，能不能借出护照，用B1入境先去那边开会，等check结束把护照寄回国内贴签，然后再托人寄回美国，用有F1的护照在美国出境，再以学生身份入境一次，不知道是否可行？ （haha 今天突发奇想... ）

确实不可行.. 官方回复：

Thank you for your email. We have received your inquiry regarding how to use the B1/B2 visa to visit the United States while your F1 visa application is undergoing a necessary administrative processing.

At this moment, your F1 visa application remains under administrative review. Unfortunately, it is the U.S. Government policy that once a passport has been placed in administrative processing, it cannot be returned the applicant until that processing is complete if there is a current valid visa in the passport which would allow the applicant to use it to enter the U.S.

The return of a passport prior to the completion of administrative process can, in some cases, delay or stop visa processing. If you still desire the return of your passport for urgent, non-U.S. travel, please notify us and we will return your passport to you, but may only after canceling your current valid visa.

可以的 不过有借出护照的话B签被cancel的风险

可以，但是每一步都会有风险。b签被cancel, 海关以目的和签证类型不符为由拒绝你入…等等而且f1贴签完成后你需要出入境一次更换身份。

不太可行，B签有可能被取消。

如果有買好來回機票
目的說是去旅遊"順便"開會 有回程機票證明
那應該就很安全
但如果回程機票太晚待太久就有風險

楼主也太实诚了。。。直接在明面儿上跟官方谈这个问题。。。这下你借护照的话你的B签肯定要被cancel了。。。如果你不直接问的话说不定还有机会2333333

这次去美帝开会就有遇到一个中国学生是这么干的，F1 AP中借出护照拿着B签出来开会，中途clear了准备一回去就贴签
