绿卡 EAD加急 开贴 timeline， 另求大家有没有什么好的办法

背景说明： 本人opt第三年，去年抽到了h1b ,一直到今年2月份才被approve, 之后和老公结了婚，开始申请绿卡。在申请绿卡期间被lay off. 现在的学生opt十月份过期，收了一个offer不给sponsor. 目前还在面其他的公司看看可不可以给sponsor.
老公九月份要回学校继续读书，所以我只能成为家庭经济来源，目前已买房，没有小孩，没有怀孕。

timeline:
5.29: Case received
6.27: Fingerprint
7.24:电话申请加急，tire 1, 问了加急的原因，我们说了情况，agent登记，给了我们 case number，要我们7.29号打电话查询。


备注：
目前正在准备找congress 和senetor请求帮助。如果大家还有什么好的主意也可以分享一下。谢谢！

The USCIS has a specific expedite criteria that is strictly enforced.  Unfortunately, the USCIS does not consider OPT expedite requests based on an offer of employment / personal financial factors alone. For your reference, I am including a link regarding the expedite criteria from the USCIS's website: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/how-make-expedite-request.

If your wife determines that her case meets one of the other expedite criteria, she must fill out the attached privacy release and submit to our office along with supporting documentation. Expedite requests are reviewed by USCIS on a case-by-case basis, and are granted at the agency's discretion. The burden is on the applicant or petitioner to demonstrate one or more of the expedite criteria has been met.

7.29 打电话给uscis 还没有回复，又重新给了一个case number，因为之前看到地里有人说新的case number相当于重新排队，我也有点担心就问了一下，发现不是这么回事，他只是在之前的基础上再提交一个申请，说如果一两次额外申请之后还没有回复的话就升级到 2nd teir。
