We have heard that, unfortunately, the bills to remove the per-country cap (S. 386 / H.R. 1044) could have been attached as an amendment to another bill for swift voting this Thursday in silence without a hearing. We cannot confirm if this is true at this point, but if it is, it can result in the passage of the bill on Thursday. It is extremely important to call Senators and EXPRESS OUR OPPOSITION to the bills and DEMAND A HEARING!

If you could not call today (7/31), please do it tomorrow (8/1).
