找到了权威移民律师Ira J. Kurzban发表的反386文章原文求大家扩散

刚刚看到了几个律所的微信公众号转发这篇文章，我就去找到了原文。Ira J. Kurzban who is the author of the most widely used single-volume reference book on immigration law in the U.S.
我感觉会比较权威有说服力。之前身边的白人朋友很多认为中国人和印度人都会受益，我把这转给他们。得到了些积极响应，也加入了反386阵营。
