Fall 2013加大伯克利读MA学费（2013-2014）出来了！求问生活费还需多少？

Graduate Academic  Tuition and Fees: In 2013-2014, annual tuition and fees (including  health
insurance fees and  professional degree supplemental tuition) for California residents are  expected
to total $31,839.50.  For students who are not residents of the State of California, the dues include
non-resident  supplemental tuition, and the annual total is expected to be $44,084.50. You  will be
refunded $3,000 of your  tuition back in financial aid. After subtracting $3,000 of financial aid  from
the tuition totals  above, the final tuition and fees total is expected to be $28,839.50 for  California
residents and $41,084.50 for non-residents of California.

Note: All  tuition and fees are subject to UC Regents approval, expected by July  2013.


$3,000 of financial aid虽然是车水杯薪，但也算是好过完全没有了。

求问：
在伯克利一年（实际上只有9个月时间吧？）的食宿、书本、交通和其他零用开销大约还需要多少费用？Board+Room比起校外租房哪一种更节省或更安全一些？学校附近有提供学生租房么？校园内停车位的费用大约多少？谢谢熟悉伯克利或旧金山地区学校（包括斯坦福和其他学校）生活情况的同学们提供介绍一下情况。
