谢谢你提供context。无意抬杠——但是放松和放肆是两回事，我希望我的队友可以在我身边feel comfortable enough to speak up...但是我不能容忍他们rude。这位面试官的行为的确就是rude了。

扁平文化+直截了当的沟通并不等于放肆，用前者洗白后者类似于用“性格理智”洗白being a jerk。

Tina Brown <Diana Chronicles>里有一段形容卡米拉的话，讲了英文里的几种“直接”：
> Man have always loved Camilla. Hers is one of those direct, country-house personalities that specialise in instant candor. Being candid is not the same as being confessional (that dreaded word, with all its shuddery connotations for the Royal Family of Diana's BBC heart-to-heart with Martin Bashir). And being candid is not all the same as being obvious.

我希望我的同事们有candor，不必confessional和obvious，更不要unnecessarily confrontational...
