申请的rutgers的oceanography PHD项目，今天实在等不及发信问小秘。
I'd like to ask, have you sent offers to some eligible students this year already? If you do, is there still possibility for me to be admitted before April, 15?
然后，小秘回的是
The committee has admitted some students.  They are still reviewing the files and applicants will be informed shortly.

小秘的意思是415之前还有戏吗？还是说现在已经在WL上了？等到别人decline offer之后再发？

就是说还在发，还有戏的，并没提wl之类的，楼主别揣测那么多了
