北京H1B AP + 使馆关门有人有任何状态更新吗？

这几天连续看到上海和广州的H1B以及F1要不就退了，要不就是有消息了。北京这边看上去一点动静也没有。打电话到使馆（3000的总机）也说签证服务这边关门，没有联系人，也没有联系电话。
请问有人在北京12月到1月以来被AP了以后有任何消息的吗？

我就问了一句你们还process签证么……我还是觉得不要有幻想……我准备先借出护照再说

我今天凌晨又给CIUBeijing发邮件问疫情影响之下有没有一个预估的开始工作的时间。。。他们这么回的

Please note your application is still undergoing administrative processing.  The final decision on visa issuance can only take place after this processing is complete.  We want to assure you that the application is being actively worked, and we will continue to process it diligently.  In the meantime, if you would like to borrow your passport please let us know.

不知道他们回的说的"the application is being actively worked, and we will continue to process it diligently"是啥意思。。。我寻思签证处都停止办公了这是说还有人在process吗。。。

刚收到CIUbeijing的回复： please note your case is still undergoing the processing. The final decision on visa issuance can only take place after this processing is complete. We want to assure you that the application is being actively worked, and we will continue to process it diligently. In the meantime, if you would like to borrow your passport please let us know.
回复倒是蛮positive，但是我觉得不可能其他使馆都退护照了北京的还在工作吧……

我自从1.16面签以后一次update都没有……
