微软产品经理选组

大家好，拿到微软 PM offer，被分到 下面 Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO)，具体的 team 还没定，会根据入职时间来。
Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO) builds and operates the systems that run Microsoft. CSEO brings together IT (including security) and Business Operations to drive innovation and productivity for 140,000 employees, leading on the internal transformation of Microsoft. The organization makes it easier for employees to do their jobs and for customers and partners to do business with the company.

有没有微软的朋友解释一下这个部门是做什么的，有没有什么特别好的 team 推荐？

这个部门是 internal facing 的，我担心会不会节奏比较慢？或者在微软里被看作是 IT 部门？对于 PM 的职业发展会不会不好？

如果想换部门的话，大家有没有推荐的呢？有人给我推荐了微软的 Teams 或者 Azure 或者 VS Code.

能具体讲讲么，升职的难度在哪儿呢？你原来是微软的 PM 么？

cseo....... 我曾经在这个org工作2两年。org是cost，不是revenue，裁员先reduce cost。印度人暴多，政治永不停息，工程师pm都是icc vendor转成的fte，写出来的产品能用就行，不讲scalability，不讲stability。在这个org还不如扫大街去，早点换组吧。

嘤，听起来好可怕。如果我是还没入职的话，要怎么换 org 呢？和 recruiter 说么？你有没有推荐的 org?
